    “A combat fighter or anyone training in combat sports will need strength and speed training to create power.” This is a great way to sum up the importance of combat speed training. Most people get caught up in who can punch the hardest or throw the heaviest weight over their heads, but they forget that real combat speed is what completes you as a fighter. Thanks btw for the awesome list of exercises. I’ve been incorporating more jump rope drills into my daily workouts, I think it really helps with footwork and also creates muscle memory on how to be light on your feet. Sharing this with my MMA buddies.
