Muay Thai Clinch To Opponent’s Back
Coming Out Of Clinch To Attack Your Opponent
Learn a way out of the Muay Thai clinch, and counterattack.
Execution: When creating a clinch situation, block an opponent’s arm with your hand and with the other hand, grab the opponent by the back of the head. Place your hand under your opponent’s arm. Step to the side, while simultaneously turning the opponent’s arm above his head. While still controlling the opponent with the other hand, use a downward elbow or a circular elbow. When coming out of clinch to the other side, the technique works the same, but the position of the hands are reversed.
