The Ascending Elbow
Execution and training to learn to use an Ascending Elbow. Starting from the fighting position, start with a jab to bring your opponent’s guard forward. Quickly return your jabbing arm to defense position and continue with a side hook to change the angle of attack. For Total Gallows, turn your body and hip and put weight on the punch. Finalize these combinations by exchanging attacks between you and finish with an explosive ascending elbow.
